HOLISTIC INTEGRATIVE STRENGTH-BASED HEALTHCARE for Individuals, Couples and Families
Treatment plans can include: Building support systems, identifying strengths, recognizing themes of resiliency and coping throughout the Lifespan, Wellness and Prevention plans including Relapse Prevention, Assertiveness Training, understanding Self-Empowerment, Compassionate Self-Care, “Creating a Life Worth Living,” The Second Half of Life, Creating a Partnership of “We” while navigating differences or learning how present moment awareness and Mindfulness create healing experiences beyond trauma. Current research studies in Marriage and Family Therapy continue to explore how we are impacted by our neurobiology and how we impact others in relationships. Multiple resources provide validation and information related to inter-dependency and attachment. Tele-health (ie. phone sessions are available by request.)
Please note: Couples where violence is an issue are not appropriate for marital/couples therapy; rather services through Domestic Violence Programs within the community are strongly recommended for ongoing support, as well as, assessment and safety issues.
